New delhi:  why does any fraudster from India escape to London? Why England is the hotspot of Indian fraudster and criminals?? The reason is simple. In England there is the law that anyone either criminal or fraudster who can invest worth of 2 million pounds i.e approximately 20 crore in England, then the government will provide golden visa to them and will give guarantee to live for some years. 


So can't we bring them back to India??     Yes we can, India has already signed a extradition treaty with England in 1992. through which we can bring back any criminal from there.And this is bilateral in nature. 

So ,on whom this treaty doesn't apply

1:- military 

2:- and any political leaders

And on whom this  treaty apply 

We can only bring that person back when that crime should be crime in both the country. 

There should be a proper evidence and the particular case. 

And there should be a treaty between both the country. Which is already there in our case.



Procedure that is followed in England for any fraudster:

First the case goes to district court then high court and after that supreme Court. And if the case passed from all of the above then it goes to European Court of human rights which sees how is the hospitality in that particular jail. 

UK says that these criminal are signatories of European convention on human rights, British government and court thinks if these will be torcherd, can get death penalty on them, and any political reasons connected then, UK doesn't allow respective country to take them back. 


What if we also do same as UK is doing with us.

Total there are 131 criminals (which includes fraudster, murderer )and only 2 are extradited from them which is only  1% of total. And on the other hand America between 2004-2011 had130 criminals in Uk out of which 120 has been handed over to USA which is equal to 95% . And on the other hand Russia have some unique ideas, in 2003  two businessman escape to England and after some days they both got poisoned in hotels . After that no Russian has escape to England. 

What if we may choose this idea?? 

This shows that UK government doesn't take India as seriously as USA  . Because USA build to much pressure to England as India doesn't . And it is Also a powerful country as compared to india. At the end it is the common public who suffer. Because the money which is being drained to England is the money of all taxpayers.
