RAIPUR :  Twenty-two security personnel were killed and 33 injured on Saturday's  Maoist attack in Bijapur region. The dead include personnel from the central reserve police force (CRPF) 

 and it's elite unit  district reserve guard and COBRA (commando battalion for resolute action).

Amit Shah says will intensify fight against Maoist. 

It all happened when CRPF got information about a wanted Maoist madvi Hidma hidden in that forest area. But after they reached there it was Abandoned and when they were retreating back to their base camp suddenly  ambush Maoist started firing, and in that initials fireing our many soldiers died. And in back fire 25-30 Maoist were killed.


Chhattisgarh, odisha and jharkhand are the most naxal affected area. Who are Maoist?? According to ministry of home affairs Maoism is a form of Communism developed by mao tse tung( who started single party rule in China ) , it is a doctrine to capture and the state power through a combination of armed insurgency, mass mobilization and strategic alliance. The Maoist also use propaganda and disinformation against state institutions as other components of  their insurgency doctrine. Mao called this process the protracted peoples war where the emphasis is on military line to capture power.

What ideology does they follow? The central theme of Maoist ideology is the use of violence and armed insurgency as a means to Capture state power. The largest and the most violent Maoist formation in India is the communist Party of India. 

In the last 17 years many civilians have been killed by Maoist. Why do the Maoist kill civilians? They kill those who do not subscribe to their ideology. They kill people to create dominance in that particular region.and they also killed people to create power and governance vacuum in rural areas and the space filled by them. 

What can we do as an ordinary citizen against LWC (left wing extremism)
